These versatile tags are comprised of an interchangeable card-stock print protected by a plastic pouch, which is inserted into a decorative fabric cover. Once assembled, the tags can be hung and displayed from your mobility aid using the included velcro strips. With completely customizable cards and covers, there’s a combination that will fit any style!

If you have already received these items and do not want another set, please let me know by leaving a note on your order. The velcro included is enough to comfortably hang your cover from the back of an average-sized transport chair. If you think you may need more than that, please let me know and I will include extra velcro in your order at no charge!
